Description
A statue of explorer, William Clark, waving his hat, as if to call for help, next to a statue of explorer, Meriwether Lewis, underwater, except for his hat and the tip of his rifle barrel. The statues are mostly under the swollen waters of the Mississippi River, just off downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Also underwater are statues of their dog, Seaman, and a large rowboat.
